Shopping is my hobby, so I notice defects, flaws, etc. when purchasing items and generally
request discounts. I purchased a bag at a Savvy Chic kiosk, spotted a defect, requested
a markdown and received it. On the second day of use, the bag ripped. I went to the kiosk,
but due to inclement weather, no one was available. Fortunately, I had retained the
business card I received, contacted the owner, and was offered a replacement. I received the replacement, was permitted to keep the original item, and issued a credit for the difference in price! The customer service I received was outstanding! My concern was acknowledged and rectified in a timely and considerate manner.
