In order to keep your shipping costs as low as possible, we try to ship by USPS Priority Mail whenever possible--it is our experience that most orders arrive within 1-5 days.

We ship within 2 business days of your order placement date unless an item is on backorder. 
You will be notified by email or phone of any items on backorder and you will be provided any
updated information we have as soon as we receive it.  If any items you ordered are back-ordered or out of stock indefinitely, you may cancel the item and receive a refund for that item(s).
